Advanced nutrition coaching
A separate monthly add-on on Trainerize's Pro tiers (about $20/mo on smaller tiers, ~$45/mo on Pro 30–200) until you reach Studio. Included on TrainerPanel.
Stripe-integrated payments
Taking payments in-app is an add-on line on Trainerize. TrainerPanel includes payments — on Pay Pro we never take a cut of your payments (standard processor fees still apply).
Video coaching
Another monthly add-on on Trainerize's Pro tiers. TrainerPanel includes live sessions and recording on Pro, with generous monthly allowances.
Your own branded app
A custom branded app carries a one-time ~$169 setup fee on Trainerize's Pro plans, plus Apple's own $99/yr developer fee. TrainerPanel's Coach App is included; a full White-Label app is an optional $99/mo ($79/mo annual) add-on.

We're not going to pretend we always win. If you're just starting out with a handful of clients and you want their long-established app, Trainerize is a solid, proven tool — and at one or two clients it can genuinely cost you less than any paid plan we offer.
The math turns as you scale. Once you're past ~30 clients, or once you're paying for nutrition, payments and video on top, a flat price starts to matter — a lot. That's the moment most coaches come to us.
