Our Acceptable Use Policy exists to keep the platform fair against abuse patterns, not to bill a real coaching business for growing: Pro is designed for up to around 500 active clients, Studio for around 2,000 across a team. Running bigger than that is a good problem — talk to us and we'll build a custom plan. Fair use, not a limit on growing
There's no per-client fee and no price tier tied to client count — ever.
Our Acceptable Use Policy exists to keep the platform fair. It's about abuse patterns — reselling access, pooling hundreds of businesses under one login, warehouse-scale data use — not the size of a real coaching roster. If you're one coaching business growing a real client list, growth never raises your price. And if anything ever needs a conversation, we'll reach out first — nothing changes silently.
The numbers below are deliberately huge relative to a working coach's roster. They exist to stop abuse, not to make you do cap-math before you sign up.
Client fair-use capacity
- Starter — 3 active clients.
- Pro — designed for up to around 500 active clients.
- Studio — designed for up to around 2,000 active clients across a team.
Running a bigger operation than that? That's a good problem — talk to us and we'll build you a custom plan.
Video allowances
Pro includes 30 hours of live sessions and 10 hours of session recordings each month. Studio includes 150 live hours and 30 recording hours across the team. That comfortably covers a full coaching calendar for most practices.
If you're regularly running past it, we'll talk it through — older recordings archive first, and there's always an upgrade path. Nothing changes silently.
