Pricing Why TrainerPanel
The real-cost guide · Updated July 2026

You should not pay more every time you get better at your job.

Most coaching platforms start with a low headline price, then add client-count limits, branded-app fees, video add-ons, payment fees or extra tools. This guide shows the real cost — and how TrainerPanel compares with one flat price.

The short answer

Most coaching platforms advertise a low starting price, then add client-count tiers, branded-app fees, video limits, payment fees or separate tools for courses and websites. The real cost is the all-in monthly amount after those extras. TrainerPanel is built as a flat-price alternative with no per-client fee and core coaching tools included.

The formula

What does coaching software really cost?

The number on the pricing page is the starting point, not the total. For most coaches, the real monthly cost is the base subscription plus everything growth forces you to add: client-count upgrades, a branded client app, white-label identity, video calls, payment fees, a separate course tool, a website builder, extra team seats, and storage or SMS pass-throughs.

Real monthly cost = base plan + growth fees + add-ons + payment cuts + replacement tools

How we compare: we use each platform's public pricing and public add-on lists, note the date we checked, and describe mechanics rather than exact invoices — plans, promotions and legacy pricing vary. Some figures we could not verify against a live, static vendor page (JS-rendered pricing sliders, region/currency splits) — those cells say so plainly rather than guess. Each platform's column reflects its own real structure; no platform is attacked for a mechanic it does not use. Corrections welcome — if you spot something outdated, tell us and we will fix it at the next check.

The bill usually changes when your roster grows

The bill usually changes when your roster grows

Flat pricing matters most at the exact moment other pricing models get expensive: when you grow. Move the client-count toggle below to see how each platform's line moves — and watch TrainerPanel's stay flat. Your exact cost depends on your plan and add-ons.

At 10 clients

On per-client and tiered platforms, you are usually still in a low tier — this is the price you compared when you signed up. Watch for the first add-ons: a branded app or video often enters the invoice here.

At 25 clients

Tier upgrades typically kick in. A per-client ladder may have moved you up one or two price levels, and payment fees are no longer a rounding error if the platform takes a cut of revenue. One useful anchor: at around 25–30 clients, Trainerize's own sticker price lands close to TrainerPanel Pro's $79/mo, last checked June 2026 — the difference shows up in add-ons and future tier jumps, not on day one.

At 50 clients

On client-count models you are usually several tiers up from the sign-up price — plus app, video and course add-ons. On TrainerPanel Pro, your subscription is not raised by client count at 10, 25 or 50 clients — it is the same flat price.

My PT Hub and TrainerFu are not plotted on this chart — their exact dollar figures are unverified (region/currency conflict and JS-rendered pricing, respectively). My PT Hub's structure is flat, not per-client; TrainerFu's cost mechanic is caps plus a ~$75/mo branded-app add-on. See their full deep dives below rather than a guessed line position.

These are typical mechanics, not quotes. Your exact numbers depend on your plan, add-ons and legacy pricing — run your own with the calculator.

The business model

Included is not a feature list. It is the business model.

TrainerPanel's position is not "more features." It is a different pricing philosophy: no per-client fee, no cut of your payments on Pay Pro, Coach App included, core coaching tools included, and White Label separated as an honestly priced premium add-on — so the things a growing coach needs are never held back as surprise add-ons.

That is why the comparison above looks the way it does: the platforms are not "bad software," they are different business models. TrainerPanel's model is that growth should not raise your software bill.

Included, not add-on — why TrainerPanel prices differently

An honest comparison cuts both ways

When TrainerPanel may not be the right fit

TrainerPanel is built for fitness coaches and small coaching practices — not for every business.

TrainerPanel may not be right if:

  • You need enterprise gym POS or front-desk operations.
  • You need door/access control.
  • You need payroll or staff management software.
  • You need clinical or medical compliance workflows.
  • You need full custom app development beyond the published white-label scope.
  • You need a marketplace-first consumer acquisition product.

Questions

Straight answers on software cost.

Coaching software really costs the base subscription plus any client-count upgrades, app fees, video add-ons, payment fees, course tools, website tools, extra seats and pass-through usage costs. The headline price is often not the all-in cost.
Most platforms are technically transparent — the costs are published, just spread across tiers and add-ons. The common mechanics to check are per-client tiers, client caps, branded-app fees, video limits, payment fees and the tools you still need outside the platform. Our dated deep dives break this down per platform.
TrainerPanel Pro is a flat-price coaching platform with no per-client fee and no price tier tied to client count. Coaches should still compare exact plans, pass-through fees and optional add-ons such as the White-Label Fitness App.
TrainerPanel takes no platform cut of your payments when you use Pay Pro with your own Stripe account — standard payment processor fees still apply. The optional Pay Go quick-start route carries a clearly shown 2.50% handling and settlement fee plus processor fees, until you connect your own Stripe.
Often not — on many platforms a branded client app is a paid add-on, and full white-label identity costs more again. TrainerPanel includes the Coach App for clients in Pro, and separates the full White-Label Fitness App as an optional, clearly priced add-on.
No. TrainerPanel's Coach App is included with Pro and gives clients a professional app experience through the TrainerPanel ecosystem. The White-Label Fitness App is a premium add-on for coaches who want their own app-store identity, icon, screenshots and deeper customization.
We re-check competitor pricing pages quarterly and after major announcements, and every figure on this page carries its own "last checked" date. If you spot something outdated, tell us and we will correct it at the next check.
Not always. At very small client counts, some competitors' free or entry-level tiers can be cheaper than TrainerPanel Pro before add-ons are counted — that's a real, honest exception, not a hidden catch. The predictable-flat advantage compounds as your roster, add-ons or payment volume grow. The best comparison is your actual all-in monthly cost — run the calculator with your own numbers.
The White-Label Fitness App is the one named add-on. Beyond that, only honest pass-throughs and transparent options: SMS credits, unusually heavy storage or media usage, hands-on migration or setup help, custom enterprise work, and app-store developer fees paid directly to Apple or Google. Core tools are never surprise add-ons.
