Pricing Why TrainerPanel
Real cost breakdown

The real cost of TrainerFu.

TrainerFu caps how many clients you can have per tier, and charges extra for a branded app. TrainerFu doesn't publish its own tier prices in a way we could verify — so this page is upfront about what's confirmed and what isn't.

TrainerFu's own pricing page renders tier prices via JavaScript that returned no static figures to our check — so no tier price appears here. The one TrainerFu number we do trust (its branded-app fee) is detailed below.

The short answer

TrainerFu caps clients per named tier (roughly 10 through 250+) and charges a confirmed $75/mo for a branded iOS/Android app. TrainerFu's own pricing page does not publish its tier prices in static form, and the closest third-party sources are stale or self-described estimates — so we don't publish a tier price figure here. TrainerPanel Pro is a confirmed flat $79/mo with no client cap and no branded-app fee — the Coach App is included.

Exhibit A · Confirmed caps, unconfirmed prices

TrainerFu's caps are confirmed. The prices attached to them are not.

TrainerFu uses hard client-count caps — cross one and you must move up a full tier, similar in shape to Trainerize's ladder but framed as caps rather than a per-client rate. The caps themselves are described in TrainerFu's own marketing. We're not publishing prices next to them: TrainerFu's official page shows dashes instead of numbers to an automated check, and we could not find a current, first-party source.

TrainerFu Studio Plus100Not publicly published
Gym150Not publicly published

Enterprise250+Custom — not publicly published

TrainerFu's official page shows dashes instead of prices to an automated check. The only available third-party sources are either stale (dated as far back as June 2024) or undated and self-described as estimates ("TrainerFu doesn't publish all pricing publicly") — not reliable enough to publish as fact here. We recommend requesting a live quote or trial screenshot directly from TrainerFu before treating any number you find elsewhere as current.

Move the toggle to see TrainerFu's client cap at each tier — TrainerPanel Pro's confirmed flat $79/mo has no such cap at any point.

The cap is confirmed, the price isn't. At a 10-client cap, TrainerFu's Trainer Basic tier applies — but we can't confirm its price. TrainerPanel's confirmed flat price is $79/mo regardless.

Exhibit B · One confirmed line, one confirmed set of caps

One line is confirmed. The other doesn't exist yet.

TrainerFu's client caps are real and confirmed — the dashed markers below show where each tier boundary sits. What we can't show is a price line, because TrainerFu doesn't publish one.

TrainerPanel — flat $79/mo, any roster, confirmed TrainerFu tier-cap boundary (confirmed cap, no confirmed price)

The caps are real. Cross one of TrainerFu's 8 tier boundaries and you must upgrade a full tier.

The prices aren't. We couldn't confirm what any of those tiers actually cost — so no TrainerFu price line is shown.

TrainerPanel's price is dated and confirmed, last checked July 2026. TrainerFu's tier caps come from its own marketing; its tier prices are not shown because its official pricing page renders them via JavaScript that returned no static figures, and the closest third-party sources are stale or self-described estimates.

Exhibit C · The one number we can confirm

The one number we can confirm: the branded-app fee.

TrainerFu's branded iOS/Android app costs a confirmed +$75/mo — this line rendered as static HTML on TrainerFu's own pricing page, and every third-party source we checked agrees on it, so we trust this single figure more than the tier table above. No payment-processing percentage fee was found; TrainerFu's own site states "no contracts, no setup fee."

This is the one TrainerFu figure on the whole page allowed to read as confirmed — everything else here needs the unverified flag.

Is TrainerPanel always cheaper than TrainerFu?

We genuinely can't say with confidence — and we'd rather tell you that than guess. TrainerFu's entry tier could plausibly be cheaper than TrainerPanel Pro at a small roster, but we have no confirmed number to compare it against. Don't make a switching decision on an unverified figure alone — ask TrainerFu directly for current pricing, or compare your actual quote against TrainerPanel's confirmed $79/mo flat price.

Straight answers

Straight answers on TrainerFu's real cost.

TrainerFu doesn't publish its tier prices in a way we could verify directly — its official pricing page renders prices via JavaScript that returned only dashes to our check. We're not able to confirm a tier price range from public sources. Treat any third-party figure as unconfirmed until TrainerFu provides a current quote.
Yes — a confirmed $75/mo, corroborated by TrainerFu's own page and every third-party source checked. This is the one TrainerFu figure on this page we're confident in.
Yes. TrainerFu uses hard client-count tiers (roughly 10 through 250+); crossing a cap requires upgrading a full tier. TrainerPanel Pro has no such cap — your price is flat regardless of roster size.
No. The Coach App for clients is included in Pro. A full white-label app is available as one clearly priced add-on ($99/mo or $79/mo annual) if you want your own app-store identity.
Because we couldn't verify them. TrainerFu's own pricing page doesn't render tier prices as static, checkable text, and the closest available sources are either stale (2024) or explicitly labeled as estimates. We'd rather say "unverified" than publish a guess as fact.
