Rates shown are Stripe's published US figures as of March 2026. Stripe sets and can change these at any time — see Stripe's current, region-aware pricing.
The 2.50% is the same whether a sale is a card payment or an in-app purchase — it's always charged on the gross amount. When a sale is completed through an app store, Apple's or Google's own commission applies on top as a coach-paid pass-through — that's the store's fee, never ours.

We show both rows on purpose: a page that only shows the domestic case understates real Pay Go cost for coaches with overseas clients. Actual Stripe fees rise for international cards and currency conversion — see Stripe's live rates.
Who owns what, and when money moves.
Minimum item price
On Pay Go, every sellable item — programs, courses, sessions, memberships, storefront listings and Direct custom charges — has a $9.99 minimum price.
Pay Go settlement threshold
Pay Go balances accrue and settle at $250, or every 15 days — whichever comes first — so a small coach's money is never stranded.
Refunds & disputes (Pay Go)
On Pay Go, the coach owns refunds and disputes, including Stripe's $15 dispute fee. On Pay Pro, disputes run through the coach's own connected Stripe account exactly as they would outside TrainerPanel.
Standard payouts, no instant-payout markup.
Payouts run on Stripe's standard schedule — about 2–5 business days — by default. We don't charge for an instant-payout option today; if that ever changes, it will be an explicit, disclosed opt-in, not a default.
Outside the ~47 Stripe Connect countries? A Pay Go coach who can't be onboarded as a Connect account is settled through a non-Stripe route instead, with that provider's transfer fee added on top of the 2.50% — never absorbed silently.

Non-US Pay Go coaches are settled as Stripe Connect accounts in the same ~47 countries; outside that, a non-Stripe route (Wise/Payoneer/bank) settles you instead, fee on top of the 2.50%.
